Mr O’Connor has significant experience as an independent Non-Executive Director and as a Chief Executive Officer. His experience spans across mining (gold, copper, lead, zinc and coal), oil & gas exploration, biotechnology and government utility sectors.
Mr O’Connor was previously a Non-Executive Director of Stanmore Coal Ltd (ASX: SMR). In addition, he has held the roles of Deputy Chairman and Chairman of Perilya Ltd, the operator of the Broken Hill mine in NSW Australia, prior to its takeover and delisting from the ASX. Mr O’Connor spent nine years as a director of the Water Corporation in WA including four years as its Chairman. Mr O’Connor was also the Chief Executive Officer for OceanaGold Corporation at the time of its listing on the ASX and remained for a period as a Non-Executive Director. Prior to OceanaGold, Mr O’Connor was Managing Director of Macraes Mining Co Ltd for nine years.

Mr Lambert is a mining engineer and experienced company director with over 35 years of involvement in the Australian and international resource industry, encompassing operations, project development, business development and corporate administration.
Mr Lambert has more than 10 years’ experience leading pubic companies as Managing Director/CEO and has served on the boards of companies listed on the ASX, TSX, AIM and SET (Thailand). Mr Lambert is currently the Non-Executive Chairman of Mincor Resources Ltd, Non-Executive Director of Australian Potash Ltd and was formerly the CEO/Managing Director of ABM Resources NL, Bullabulling Gold Ltd, Thundelarra Exploration Ltd and Intrepid Mines Ltd.
Mr Lambert has been responsible for evaluating, developing and funding several new resource projects. He has been directly involved in a number of transactions at both asset and corporate level.

Mr Polglase has more than 40 years of multi-disciplined mining experience across ten different countries and is qualified in mechanical and electrical engineering with an Honours degree in Metallurgy.
Mr Polglase has deep experience in the development and operation of gold, copper, lead, zinc and tin projects, having been responsible for, or closely involved with, the commissioning of more than seven mining projects.
Most recently Mr Polglase was a driving force behind Avanco Resources Ltd, which transitioned from explorer to developer to producer after discovering one of the world’s highest grade open pit copper deposits in Brazil. Under Mr Polglase’s guidance Avanco went on to build the Antas copper mine on-time and on-budget. Avanco was acquired in 2018 by OZ Minerals for approximately $430M representing a 130% premium to the share price and a 100 fold increase in market capitalisation of Avanco since its IPO. Mr Polglase’s specific copper and tin experience extends approximately 15 years and 10 years respectively in both open-pit and underground mines, and across operational and maintenance disciplines.

Mr Smith graduated from Melbourne University, Australia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering with Honors. He has also obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Henley Management College, the United Kingdom and a Master’s Degree in Research Methodology from Macquarie University, Australia. Mr. Smith has participated in the development of a number of mining and mineral processing projects including coal, iron ore, base and precious metals. He has also managed engineering and construction companies in Australia and internationally.
Mr. Smith has served on the board of private mining and exploration companies and has over 32 years international experience in the engineering, construction and mineral processing businesses. Mr. Smith is Executive Director and Deputy Chairman of Hong Kong listed company APAC Resources Limited, Executive Director of Hong Kong listed company Dragon Mining Limited and a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed companies Prodigy Gold NL and Tanami Gold NL.

Mr Bao is the Vice General Manager for Jinchuan Marketing Co. Mr Bao has worked for Jinchuan since 2005 and has extensive experience in the mining industry. Mr Bao holds a Bachelor in Mineral Processing from Central South University and a Masters Degree in Applied Chemistry from East China University of Science and Technology.

Mr Spreadborough holds a Bachelor of Mining Engineering from the University of Queensland and an MBA from Deakin University, as well as a WA First Class Mine Manager’s Certificate of Competency. Mr Spreadborough has extensive experience in the development and operation of mineral resources projects spanning a range of commodities including copper, gold, uranium, lead, zinc and iron ore.
Over the past 20 years Mr Spreadborough has held senior executive roles with a number of mining companies including Chief Operating Officer of Sandfire Resources and Inova Resources Ltd (formerly Ivanhoe Australia), General Manager – Coastal Operations for Rio Tinto, General Manager – Mining for WMC and later Vice President – Mining for BHP Billiton at the world-class Olympic Dam mine in South Australia.

Company Secretary & Chief Financial Officer
Mrs Van Maanen is a CPA, holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) degree and a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice. Mrs Van Maanen has significant experience in accounting and financial management in the mining and resources industry.

Mr Robinson holds a BSc and is an experienced Australian mining executive and a Rhodes Scholar. Mr Robinson has extensive international experience at senior executive levels within the mining industry. Previously he has been the Director of Business Development & Strategy at Barrick (Australia Pacific) Limited, Group Manager Planning with Iluka Resources Ltd and a senior manager in the gold business unit at WMC Resources Ltd.
Mr Rigby has a Bachelor of Science (Geology Honours) from James Cook University and is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists. He has over 30 years of international experience in mineral exploration and business development in numerous managerial roles including as a Managing Director and Non-executive Director of several ASX-listed mining companies. Mr Rigby also has extensive experience as a technical advisor on acquisitions and divestments for mining companies, corporate advisory firms and investment banks. Mr Rigby will provide his significant geology and exploration expertise to the corporate project development and acquisition team, overseeing corporate standards for exploration and resource development and providing support to the operational geological teams.
Mr Recklies is a Mining Engineer with 25 years of operational mining and management experience. Mr Recklies experience includes positions in operations management, mine management and engineering roles. Mr Recklies joined Bluestone Mines Tasmania Joint Venture in March 2017 at the Renison operations as General Manager, prior to which he was employed with Panoramic Resources at their Savannah Nickel Mine where he led the site as General Manager for four years through the fluctuating Nickel price. Mr Recklies previous history includes Mining Manager and Senior Mining Engineering roles at Savannah Nickel, Argyle Diamonds and BHP Cannington. In these roles he was responsible for and had experience in implementing new underground mining projects along with continued operation of existing and expanding underground production projects.
Mr Recklies has a bachelor of engineering (mining) from the University of Queensland and first class mine managers certificates in QLD and WA. He has also completed the senior leadership development program at the Mt Eliza Business School, foundations of directorship (AICD) in governance, finance and strategy and the Global Minerals Industry Risk Management program.
At Renison, Mr Recklies is responsible for the safety and operational performance of the Renison operations. He is also responsible for maintaining relationships with our stakeholders including Joint Venture Partners, various government agencies, local land holders and other NGO’s.
